• All full-time students are entitled to register at the student rate when sending a full proof of matriculation (i.e. a scanned copy of the student ID card and a letter from their institution confirming full time under or postgraduate student status) to the Congress Organization by email info@eurotox2015.org or fax: +49 351 4956 116 at the time of registration.
• **An applicant for the Young Investigators rate should be under the age of 35 years as of 31st of December, 2015 and recommended by his/her supervisor. Young Investigators are kindly asked to send a scanned copy of their ID as well as a recommendation letter from his/her supervisor to the Congress Organization by email info@eurotox2015.org or fax: +49 351 4956 116 at the time of registration.
• Press representatives can participate for free at the congress including access to all sessions, the exhibition and poster area and social events. A press identification card must be sent via email to the Congress Organization by email info@eurotox2015.org or fax: +49 351 4956 116 at the time of registration.
Travel Bursaries
The Congress Organizers are delighted to announce that EUROTOX 2015 will provide a number of of bursaries for attendance at the Congress.
The submission deadline for Travel Bursary applications has passed.
The Registration Fee includes:
• Attendance to all scientific sessions
• Access to the exhibition and poster area (Sunday – Tuesday)
• Congress bag incl. all congress material
• Entrance to the Welcome Reception (Sunday evening, September 13, 2015)
• Refreshments during coffee breaks, snacks during lunch breaks
The Accompanying Persons Fee includes:
• Access to the exhibition and poster area (Sunday – Tuesday)
• Entrance to the Welcome Reception (Sunday evening, September 13, 2015)
The Booth Staff Registration includes:
• Access to the exhibition and poster area (Sunday – Tuesday)
• Entrance to the Welcome Reception (Sunday evening, September 13, 2015)
• 1 Congress bag per booth incl. all congress material
Payment methods
Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer. Payment by credit card can be done during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. You will get a confirmation of registration and payment afterwards via e-mail. For paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice including all payment details via e-mail. All bank charges have to be covered by the delegate. The registration for the conference is only valid after receipt of the full registration fees. If you have not paid the fees within the mentioned deadlines, the higher fee will apply and you will receive a new invoice from the Congress Organization subsequently.
VISA Letter Application
A VISA letter can be requested during the online registration process (full payment of the registration fees is required). VISA Letters will only be sent to fully registered conference delegates, who have paid the registration fees.
Excursions & Tours
In line with your stay at the EUROTOX 2015 congress in Porto, several tours are offered where you can exploit and enjoy the unique beauty of this city and its surroundings. They are organized and conducted from our service partner Abreu Destination Management in Porto and must be paid fully in advance. Minimum participants per tour: 20. Please contact them in case of any questions.
