Poster Presentation Guidelines & E-Poster Submission (PDF)

All accepted posters shall be presented by the main or presenting author during Poster Session I or Poster Session II - depending on the assigned poster number.

The final poster numbers have been communicated by email to the main author on July 1, 2015. You can find your poster number in the detailed online programme as well.

Poster Presentation Times:
• Poster Session I: Monday, September 14, 2015, 14h00 - 16h00
-> All posters with poster numbers starting with P01 to P09

• Poster Session II: Tuesday, September 15, 2015, 15h00 - 17h00
-> All posters with poster numbers starting with P10 to P22

Please adhere to the following Poster Presentation Guidelines:

• Posters have to be designed and printed (as paper poster!) by the authors in DIN-A0 portrait (upright) format (841 mm wide x 1189 mm high) – every other format is not acceptable! 
• Poster printing is not possible on-site in the congress centre (the congress organization will not print your poster) - If you need to print your poster on-site, please consult a copy shop in Porto
• Posters can be mounted earliest the evening before and should be mounted on the day of presentation before 09:30 h
• Posters are identified by poster numbers (please refer to your author notification, the abstract book or the online programme)
• Each poster wall will show the dedicated poster number – please only mount your poster on the corresponding wall stating your poster number 
• Poster fixing material to mount the poster on the wall will be provided and distributed on-site
• There will be no guided poster tour, but presenting authors are kindly asked to be present at their poster for discussions during their assigned poster session
• All posters have to be removed directly after the end of the corresponding poster session (by 18:00 h, the latest); otherwise they will be removed (and disposed of) from the organizers

E-Poster Submission Guidelines

Each accepted poster shall be displayed as e-poster as well on-site at the corresponding e-Poster terminals.

The link and login to the e-poster submission platform as well as detailed submission instructions have been sent by email to the main author on July 1, 2015.

Deadline for E-Poster Submission: 1 September, 2015

Specifications for preparing your e-poster(s):
File type: Acrobat PDF file
Poster dimensions: DIN A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm), portrait orientation
Resolution 2384 px × 3370 px at 72 dpi
File size: ≅ 1 MB – 5 MB (maximum file size 20 MB)

Step by Step short instructions for uploading your e-poster(s):
1. Verify that you have your e-poster as a pdf-document prepared (see specifications) and by the hand
2. Sign in to the e-poster upload portal using your credentials (see credentials)
3. In case you are in charge for more than one poster, look for the contribution you want to upload the e-poster for.
4. Click on the poster number or drag and drop your e-poster file directly onto the poster number. Both actions will initiate the upload process immediately.
5. Please provide meaningful keywords for your contribution. Keywords should be filled into the appropriated field, separated by comma
6. Please notice a maximum of 5 keywords for each contribution is allowed
7. Changes on your e-poster(s) can be made any time before the deadline September 01, 2015. In this case, please provide your update on your e-poster starting from step 1
